Stands are long rows of staggered seats used in facilities that require space to allow the public to watch events the events held there. They are large L-shaped elements placed on a girder with a staggered top surface. The prefabricated concrete elements for use as stands, as in a sports stadiums, auditoriums, theatres or bull-rings, among others, are further examples of the possibilities of this element. Their standardisation for a given construction and speed of assembly are two qualities highly valued by designers.
