Discs for fixing non-woven fabric to the tunnel wall. Compatible with PVC, they guarantee a secure seal by fixing and welding on the discs. Tunnel discs are used to fix the non-woven diffuser layer to the tunnel wall. Once the discs have been fixed to the wall, the waterproof PVC sheet is then incorporated onto the discs using special hot air blowers. The discs should be fixed using special guns with an explosive charge. They should be placed approximately 70-80 cm apart. The whole surface of the discs must be welded to the PVC sheet to ensure a greater watertightness in the event of pressure from standing water. They are highly flexibility even at low temperatures. Their physical and mechanical properties remain unchanged over time. They are compatible with PVC synthetic waterproof felts.
