Description Basic GF is an anti-slip multilayered epoxy system suitable to locations subjected to medium mechanical stress from transit. The coating has a good chemical resistance and a good resistance to wear and tear. Performance/Advantages • Installation on surface without or with limited moisture content • Good resistance to wear and tear • Dust-resistant, impermeable and oil-resistant • Anti-slip characteristics Use • Locations subjected to medium mechanical stress from transit and to dynamic punching • Locations with presence of process liquids, thus needing anti-slip characteristics • Sectors: food, mechanical, textile-dyeing-tan, chemical-pharmaceutical and manufacturing Suggested preparation • Heavy diamond grinding • Light shot blasting • Vacuum cleaning of the surface Installation • Installation by mettalic spatula of primer EP 304 added with Technibond fi bres, charged with Duromix 1 and Duromix 2 and pouncing of Duromix 2, for a total consumption of 4.0 Kg/sq m • Finish layer with gummy spatula with EP 531 Eco, for a total consumption of 0.5 Kg/sq m
