Description Basic Ceramix HD is a glazing epoxy system for walls and tanks with anti-acid charateristics. The system is conceived for covering vertical walls, even not homogeneous, inside tanks for liquids canalization. The main characteristic of the coating is functionality and not aesthetical aspect. Performance/Advantages • Structural concrete reinforcement with 225 mat glass fabric • Chemical resistance (see chemical resistance table) • Resistance to collisions • Impermeability inside canalization tanks in case of occasional percolation of liquids Use • Tanks or vertical walls requiring impermeability with a coating without interruption of continuity • Sectors: chemical-pharmaceutical and textile-dyingtanning Suggested preparation • Diamond grinding • Vacuum cleaning of the surface Installation • First layer with Aquatec 280 New Eco, for a total consumption of 2.5 Kg/sq m according to the support, with incorporation of mat glass fabric • Finishing with Resisynt HD in more layers, for a total consumption of 0.25 Kg/sq m per coat
