Consequently, in which points and which dimensions of the supports to fix vertical profiles onto the building (smart fix special bracket) will be determined.
According to the project, necessary profile lines are drawn on the building surface or a rope is enclosed to fix.
Previously determined lines are marked in order to fix Smart fix special brackets on necessary points in the project.
Anchor holes are drilled onto the concrete surface and brick by means of an appropriate drill.
Wall plugs are installed into these holes. Smart fix bracketsare fastened to the wall plugs by washers and nuts.Bracket frequency carrying the profile is determined by static calculations where wind load is also considered. (Maximum bracket gap is vertically 150 cm. Especially on building corners, there will be heavier wind load, therefore bracket gaps are narrowed.)
For installing the brackets, vertical axle gaps should be gently located. According to the new level, vertical T profiles are fastened to the smart fix brackets.
On T profiles, 8 mm thick, originally 5 mm high, are fixed starting from the bottom of Glass Fiber Reinforced Cement Plates to the plumb.
Glue is applied onto the back surface of the coating brick at 2-4 mm thickness and it is located on the channels on the Glass Fiber Reinforced Cement Plates. It is advised to apply glue on plate channels, too for severe weather conditions.
