Epoxistt File Adhesives are Polyvinyl Acetate Emulsion Field of Application and Method of Application It can be applied to all marbles to be used indoors and outdoors. It is ideal for filling over 2 mm cracks in sandwich kiln applications. Method of Application The necessary amount of strengthener liquid epoxy should be taken out from the package, and resin and hardener components should be mixed by using a spatula or stick homogenously in a plastic container for minimum 30-60 seconds, and the product should be used when it gets clear consistency. Properties ■ Easy to apply. ■ Ensures high quality, solid and flexible bonds. ■ Its properties do not change in case of hot working. ■ Gives a clear and flexible film when it dries up. ■ Does not turn pale after the application. ■ It can be mixed with water in any ratios. Surface Preparation ■ The surface of natural stone where the strengthener Liquid Epoxy will be applied should be free from dust, oil, dirt and clay. ■ Moisture content on the application surface should be maximum 4%. ■ Surface temperature should be minimum 30 ºC.
