Ice Queen N machines produce ice nuggets, perfect for blends, as it gently mixes the flavors of the drink without watering it down. Its moisture content (10%) and its compact texture allow it to keep drinks cold for longer. The main characteristic is its shape, halfway between an ice cube and crushed ice, although uniformly cut. It is hard on the inside and soft on the outside, and its use has been extended to cool, for example, fruit juices or yoghurts at food exhibitions. The Ice Queen N range has a high efficiency evaporator, reducing the energy consumption while obtaining a greater production of ice. It also has a self diagnosis system with signaling LEDs to indicate the operation of the machine and alert to possible faults in order to be able to respond as quickly as possible.
