This hotel consists of 2 interconnected elliptical buildings, 7 and 8 stories high, one set within the race circuit, the other offering a stunning view of the newly constructed Marina. The hotel complex is situated on the site of the Formula 1 race track which runs alongside the hotel and directly under the bridge connecting the two buildings. The 5-star, 600-room hotel has a 2-level underground parking lot, a ballroom and various restaurants and retail outlets. The unitized curtain wall is composed of fixed glass panels and features a new concept sliding door system for the hotel rooms. Scope of Work 40,000 sqm (430,500 sq ft) of external glazing and cladding.
