Product Overview
Flex-M-Seal is a solvent-free, one-component polyurethane sealant that cures at room temperature. Its paste consistency allows easy extrusion and application in various joints and cracks. The formula is anti-sagging for vertical and overhead seams. Once cured the sealant forms a rubber-like, elastic layer that bonds to metal, rubber, wood, cementitious substrates, ceramics, glass and other materials. It is designed to fill gaps (holes, joints, seams) providing both sealing and adhesive functions.

Application
This product is suitable for expansion joints of ballastless track slabs and joints between base/support layers and adjacent structures in high-speed railways. It is also applicable to expansion and structural joints in infrastructure and building components such as metro tunnels, highways, airports, power stations (nuclear/wind/hydro), utility galleries and cement roadbeds.

Installation / Usage Notes
Paste consistency enables easy extrusion and tooling. Anti-sagging formulation is suitable for vertical and overhead applications. After curing the layer remains elastic and rubber-like, providing sealing and bonding functions. Prepare substrates according to standard joint-sealant practices (clean, dry, sound) before application.

Storage

• Packaged in a sealed container; ensure packaging is tightly closed.
• Protect packaging from rain, moisture, sunlight, impact and compression during transport. Transport as non-hazardous material.
• Store in a dry, ventilated and cool place; storage temperature should not exceed 27 ℃.
• All values are nominal manufacturing data; actual performance may vary with application method, substrate condition and environmental factors.
