Overview
KINJOYA HP Fibers is a reinforcement fabric developed for waterproofing systems. Manufactured from high‑quality polyester fibers using spunbond and needle‑punched processes, it is designed to integrate with liquid waterproof coatings to form a composite "coating + polyester fabric" membrane that improves durability and mechanical performance for building envelopes such as roofs, basements and bridge decks.

Install Guide

• Base preparation: Ensure substrate is flat, sound and clean; remove dust, oils and standing water; round internal and external corners.
• Coating application: Apply the first coat of waterproofing evenly at approx. 0.5 mm to ensure full coverage.
• Fabric laying: After the first coat has flashed off, lay the polyester fabric smooth onto the wet or tacky surface; press with a squeegee or roller to avoid bubbles and wrinkles; provide minimum 10 cm overlaps.
• Subsequent coats: Apply a second coat to fully encapsulate the fabric at approx. 0.5 mm; continue until specified total thickness is achieved.

Storage

• Store upright in a cool, dry warehouse with inner supports retained and original protective film intact.
• Stack a maximum of two pallets with dunnage between layers.
• Protect from direct sunlight, heat, freezing, organic solvents and impact.
• Under these conditions the product is suitable for long‑term storage.
