Overview
The LaCimbali M40 is a commercial traditional espresso machine engineered for high throughput, energy efficiency and improved barista ergonomics. It integrates modern materials and digital control to meet demanding professional environments while reducing operating costs.

Design
Designed by Valerio Cometti + V12 Design, the M40 harmonises styling with LaCimbali's M200 range while offering form variants for different operational layouts. The chassis is built in die-cast aluminium and steel for durability and reduced weight.

Ergonomics
Coffee groups are positioned away from steam wands and centered on the machine to streamline workflow. The M40 is approximately 30% lighter than the previous M39 reference and includes a removable espresso platform for fast recipe setup. Steam wands feature COLD TOUCH coating to minimise burn risk and speed up service.

Digital interface
A fully redesigned tempered-glass, full-touch capacitive panel provides rapid access to programmable recipes, configurable icons and operator controls. Panel width and tilt are optimised for barista ergonomics and efficient service.
