DUALE CLASS is an innovative concept coffee machine, unique to its kind, leaving the operator completely free to prepare coffees and coffee-based drinks using either the traditional electronic system with 9 bar volumetric pump, or the manual lever system - which as we know, allows the operator to control the pressure profile during delivery, all “made in one”. DUALE CLASS is available in a 2 Group version with one electronic group and volumetric pump and one manual lever group, or in a three Group version with two electronic groups with volumetric pump and one manual lever group. LEVA CLASS®: The first patented technological innovation for lever machines that improves the use of the mechanical extraction group in total compliance with international safety standards. The DTC (Dual Temperature Control) technology used in the electronic groups with volumetric pump, is a thermosiphonic system with pre-infuser and dual heat exchanger, one inside the boiler with a larger diameter and one inside each group: this is a temperature control system particularly suited for coffee shops with high consumption rates and peaks. The DTC technology replaces each group’s temperature regulation system with a flow variator.
