Description
The CROSSED bollard is made in steel 60/10 thickness. The bollard is the result of the continuous welding of 4 elements: the 2 vertical ones, characterized by a laser-cut texture called Crossed, the base and a central support strengthening the whole structure. On the base there are 2 holes 12,5 mm diam. for the fixing to the ground through specific bolts (not provided).
Steel EN10111DD11 is used for the realization of this product and all the elements in this material, after all the different stages (cutting, bending, welding), are treated with electrogalvanizing according to the UNI regulations and are later polyester powder-coated with RAL colours at choice.
As an alternative to steel EN10111DD11, the production in corten is also available, on demand. In this case the material is treated with a specific oxidation process.
