Italia-100 is a louvred product, which combines total visual screening with 29% free area for ventilation, and offers excellent resistance to vandalism and intrusion. The louvre profile is formed from three times flanged 69 x1.5 mm flat bars which overlap to provide a continuous linear aesthetic, 100% visual screening and a good measure of protection against rain. The louvres are secured by electrofusion to 4 mm diameter vertical round bars. The steel construction creates a robust panel, suitable for ground and street-front locations as well as roof-top and elevated situations, with good anti-climb properties. Framed panels are made to custom-sizes, which are nestled together to create a screen of any height, for a wide variety of applications such as wall cladding, car park screens, compounds, plant housing, ventilation grilles, balconies and balustrades, wheelie bin stores and brise soleil. Max Panel Height: 1975mm Standard Panel Widths: 1725mm and 1991mm Panels and ancillary steelwork can be supplied galvanized only or galvanized and powder coated to any RAL colour.
