Overview
Solid wood acoustic panel for suspended ceilings designed for standard T24 grid systems. Panel size and slat layout provide a linear wood aesthetic with high acoustic absorption characteristics suitable for architectural interiors.

Quick and easy to install

• Fast system for installation and removal, optimised for site productivity.
• Can be installed by a single operator, reducing installation time and labour costs.

Tile & grid

• 1199 x 600 mm tile adapted for standard T24 grid at 1200 mm carrier spacing.
• Assembly conceals the framework and ensures precise panel alignment. Installation is carried out on black T24 framing with a maximum uniformly distributed load of 13.5 kg/m2 in accordance with applicable standards and good practice. Laudescher does not supply all structural elements.

Installation system

• Invisible frame: assembly conceals the framework and provides perfect panel alignment for a seamless appearance.
• Installation from below - patent pending: enables installation without entering the plenum; allows addition of standard acoustic tiles (not included) and enables insulation to be installed first, then Laō tiles attached in a single movement.
• Removable panels facilitate access for maintenance and services.

Models & finishes

• Wide choice of models and finishes: 6 finger-jointed pine finishes and 1 solid pine finish.
• Available in 6 edged-slats models and 6 flat-slats models.

Acoustic performance

• Weighted sound absorption index: αw = 0.90*.
• Absorption class: Class A.
• Acoustic data (αp, αw, absorption class) calculated in compliance with ISO 11654 (Laō + LR 20 mm acoustic backing on E316 mm plenum).
• Acoustic absorption measurements carried out according to ISO 354.

Finish / Reaction to fire

• Euroclass B-s1,d0 or B-s2,d0 depending on finish.

Fitting system

• Designed for installation on T24 framework.
• Installation compliant with NF EN 13964 and DTU 58-1 where applicable.

Rear surface

• Acoustic mineral wool tiles with black fleece facing 2.4 kg/m2 (format 1200 x 600 mm; 20 or 22 mm thickness). These are not supplied by Laudescher.

Environmental indicators

• Production stage (finger-jointed pine): -5.40 kg CO2 eq/m2.
• IC component (finger-jointed pine): -0.18 kg CO2 eq/m2.

Wood and finish

• Finger-jointed pine slats: fire-retardant varnish finish (Euroclass B-s2,d0) with protective varnish.
• Available surfaced finishes: Natural, Douglas, Oak, White oak, Honey, White.
• Natural solid pine slat finish: pressure-treated fireproofing (autoclave) Euroclass B-s1,d0.
