Slatted solid wood acoustic panel for suspended ceilings, model LINEA 9.2.1. Panels available for T24 exposed grid or screw-on installation; multiple timber species and finishes.

Overview
The LINEA 9.2.1 is a slatted solid wood acoustic ceiling panel designed for suspended ceiling systems. It incorporates front slats with a rear counter-slat system and can be fixed to an exposed T24 grid or screwed onto supporting frames. Panels are supplied in several timber species and finish options.

Key characteristics

• Two installation options: T24 grid installation or screw-on.
• Can be screwed to metal or timber supporting frames.
• Rear counter-slat system with black counter-slats.
• Compatible with back acoustic infill (rigid rockwool slabs) — acoustic infill not supplied by Laudescher.

Acoustic performance

• Weighted absorption index: αw = 0.30
• Absorption class: Class D
• Measured/calculated according to ISO 354 and ISO 11654 (tested with LR 20 mm acoustic complement on E250 mm plenum).

Finish / Reaction to fire

• Fire classification: Euroclass B-s1,d0 or B-s2,d0 depending on timber species and finish.
• Option for compliance with Belgian fire standard NBN 713.020.

Fire stability (NBN 713.020)
LINEA 9.2.1 can be adapted (reference LINEA 9.2.1 R) to provide 30-minute fire stability in accordance with Belgian standard NBN 713.020.

Installation

• Installation on T24 exposed grid or by screwing to supporting frame.
• Installation standards: in accordance with EN 13964 and DTU 58-1.

Back panel

• Rigid acoustic rockwool slabs (2.4 kg/m²) with black fleece facing (format 600 x 600 mm; thickness 20 or 22 mm).
• Back acoustic slabs are not supplied by Laudescher.

Wood and finishes

• Timber species: Silver fir (Douglas/epicéa/douglas variants), pine, oak.
• Finish options: slate finish, varnished finishes (clear varnish, white wash, soft white varnish) and wax color finishes (examples: White, White oak, Douglas, Oak, Honey, Mahogany, Cherry, Chocolate, Grey, Wenge, Black, Green).
• Counter-slat finish: available in wax color (example: Black).
