Description

Majolica tiles such as carpets or carpets made up of majolica tiles? A new and modern style in the Carpet Collection by Ceramica Francesco De Maio, designed by Giuliano Andrea dell’Uva Architect. Overlapped ceramic carpets, softly laid inside or outside to bring the typical colours of Mediterranean houses. Chic and elegant majolica carpets. Caprese, Neapolitan and Vietri traditions, simple and essential lines, timeless hand decorations transformed into the design. The timeless lines of black and white and the typical brushstroke of the ‘50s blend everything with an innovation of wild fringes that invite you to sit on the floor as on a real carpet. Single or overlapped, they furnish the spaces, giving them a new style with an ethnic or single-coloured flavour. “The idea was born from understanding the true essence of the Ceramica Francesco De Maio and our link with Vietri ceramics, Naples and Amalfi Coast”, says Giuliano Andrea dell’Uva. “Colors that recall the Capri tradition and precious details that transform spaces into a must-have of modern and sophisticated style”. The Carpet you want! Combinations of fringes, edges and colours, give a special evolution to the oldest Vietri ceramic art. A Mediterranean flavour of colourful modular carpets, standard or customized, in order to adapt them to their needs of space and taste.
