This series provides a sense of freshness thanks to the contrast between the natural wood and steel parts. The wood components of the T Chair consist only of a seat and backrest created by three-dimensional cutting, and wood legs. Added to these is the flexible S-shaped steel part that connects the backrest and seat to make the stool look light as well as comfortable. It was named a T Chair because it looks like the shape of a "T" when viewed from behind. A steel foot rest with the same color as the S-shaped part is equipped to the Mid and High models. TECHNICAL INFORMATION WOOD The wood used in this product is obtained from maple, oak or ash trees in North America that are managed and felled in a planned manner. If required, we can manufacture furniture with the FSC® or PEFC™ certification. In that case, however, longer lead-time will be required to procure the wood. STEEL The S-shaped part connecting the seat to the back plate is made of press-molded steel that is 6 mm thick. The footrest, on the other hand, is made from stainless steel tubes. The surfaces of both parts are powder-coated. GLIDE The leg tips can be equipped with polyethylene gliders, which are sold separately. You can choose between felt and plastic bottom parts. VOC The coating and glue used here reduce VOC emissions in manufacturing processes and finished products. These materials have been tested for formaldehyde emissions in accordance with the IS012460 standard and confirmed not to exceed the 0.4 mg/l emission level.
