For larger establishments with high demands on hygiene and efficiency. Our solutions and special features are only made to benefit you. You see, hygienic warewashing does not have to come down to more water and energy – we just need to be smarter. The filter system is a highlight of the M-iQ. It does an amazing job, delivering top-notch cleanliness while significantly reducing the use of water and dishwashing detergent. But what's so important about it? Filtered food waste is actively removed from the warewashing process. How does that work? The filter collects food residue from the water and periodically washes it out of the tank – without requiring any additional water. OPTIMUM EFFECTIVENESS with M-iQ tank management M-iQ Tank management M-iQ Tank management The wash water is continually transferred from tank to tank – in the opposite direction to the dishes. On its way, it passes through the various M-iQ filters, which remove any dirt that has accumulated in the water. Advantages: Efficient use of resources Residual dirt is collected as far away as possible from the clean side The M-iQ filters also monitor the water level in each tank The air is channelled from the hot, clean side of the machine to the cool feeding zone. This prevents dishes which have already been washed from becoming contaminated and ensures that precious thermal energy remains in the warewashing process.
