AF12 Modular System with Active Doors Modular system: an optional interlocking kit allows securing two stacked AF12 containers or fastening a single AF12 to its trolley. The following Activation Systems allow to increase the number of combinations available for the modular system. Active Door Hot eutectic plate Chilled eutectic plate Frozen eutectic plate The combination of different activation systems allows to differentiate the transport temperatures within the modular system. For example, a cavity can be dedicated to the transport of hot food, equipping it with an Active Door and the other to the transport of chilled food, equipping it with a Chilled Plate. There is no risk of thermal pollution from one section to the other, since each cavity is separate and perfectly insulated from a thermal point of view. The Active Door allows to extend indefinitely the transport time of hot food. It is particularly indicated in the case of postponed service or when the container is not used at full capacity. It is also available in version with programmable digital thermostat. The Eutectic Plates, available in a version for the transport of hot, chilled, and frozen food, allow to extend temperature retention over time and do not require power supply. Practical and flexible system: easy assembly and disassembly, simplifying cleaning operations. The isothermal characteristics comply with current regulations (EC Reg. 852/2004 –HACCP-) and with applicable technical standards (EN12571 and Accord AFNOR AC D40-007). The unit's design allows accurate cleaning and sanitising (EC Reg. 852/2004 –HACCP-), including using a dishwasher.
