ROASTER 50E (NUTS) to obtain high quality dried fruits to sell directly or to be used as raw materials in the Food Industry. MIA Food Tech offer an reliable machine to be used for roasting dried fruits (hazelnuts, almonds, peanuts, etc.). Nominal production for this model : from 50 to 70 Kg / batch. Roasting/drying process is uniform during all the cycle, temperature is adjustable electronically while the electrical heating system is by resistances. Resistances placed on the internal drum are used to mantain the same and constant temperature each time during the process. MIA Food Tech’ s roasters can be supplied with: Conveyor belt with hopper to automatically load the product in to the roaster; Transportation system to cool and clean the nuts after roasting.
