DescriptionPerfection is the surest way to prevent true beauty. For it emerges from chance, transformation, age, and individuality—principles the Japanese Wabi-Sabi philosophy has upheld for over 500 years. With JAKU, the idea of an organic aesthetic is translated into a sculptural round table that pairs a slim solid-wood top with three distinctive ceramic bases. Each ceramic element is handcrafted in Portugal from a clay body with a high chamotte content, producing a unique texture and surface.
