The custom refrigerated showcase “Isola Gold” allows you to display fresh pastry products and pralines as if they were precious jewels, to be admired on a smooth, removable or fixed display surface, without visual obstacles. The casing is insulated with low-density eco-friendly polyurethane, with a stainless steel interior and a beige coated sheet metal exterior. The glass case is made with 10 mm thick extra-clear tempered glass, bonded with UV glue. The electrical panel is provided separately in a stainless steel box, with evaporator tube outlets and condensate water drainage at the bottom.
