The “Nancy” custom refrigerated display case was created to combine functionality and design in a highly versatile refrigerated counter. It is available in the pastry/praline version (with front columns or glued glass structure) or in the cold cuts/cheese version with a display surface depth of 860mm. The body is insulated with low-density ecological polyurethane, featuring a stainless steel interior and beige plastic-coated exterior. The refrigeration system uses an R134A valve with automatic defrosting through electric resistances, and includes plexiglass deflectors inside. It comes without a work surface or rear closures and is equipped with a potentiometer to adjust fan speed.
