The Cora is a contemporary pull handle made from solid brass. This antimicrobial brass pull handle not only looks great but actively reduces the transmission of infections too. Touch surfaces that are made from copper and copper alloys like brass are antimicrobial. That means raw brass metal has an inherent ability to continuously kill environmental microbes and bacteria on its surface - often within two hours or less. Recent studies in healthcare settings found that copper and copper alloys fixtures - like pull handles and door handles - reduced the transmissions rate of infections within intensive care units (ICU) by more than half. The Cora brass pull handle is 10.5cm high and projects 2.5cm from a kitchen cabinet. Its hole centres are 9.6cm apart.
