Construction and benefitsThe core is manufactured from 100% recyclable polypropylene with a cellular structure of approximately 95% void. A 45 g/m² polyester non-woven and a 50 μm polypropylene (PP) film are thermo-welded to the honeycomb. The PP film provides watertightness and reduces adhesive or resin consumption during facing application. The non-woven facing improves mechanical cohesion with composite or metal facings.
