Finished sandwich panels Nidaskin combine a lightweight polypropylene honeycomb core with pre-bonded facing skins on both sides. Designed for interior fit-out, partitioning, doors and furniture, they provide significant weight reduction, water resistance and multiple facing options suited to different uses.

• 100% recyclable polypropylene honeycomb core, rot-proof and resistant to water and most solvents.
• Available facing types: white fiberglass-reinforced polyester, anti-slip fiberglass-reinforced polyester, FRT anti-slip reinforcement.

• Skins: FRT ANTISLIP, GRP ANTISLIP, WHITE GRP.
• Panel thicknesses (heights): 10 mm, 15 mm, 20 mm, 25 mm, 30 mm, 40 mm.
• Standard panel sizes: 1220 x 2440 mm (also available 2440 x 1220 mm and 2500 x 1220 mm depending on variant).

Technical characteristics / specifications

• Core material: polypropylene honeycomb, cell size 8 mm.
• Core density: approximately 65 kg/m³ (typical for polyester and described variants).
• Skin — polyester: white fiberglass-reinforced polyester (RAL 9016), bonded both sides with polyurethane adhesive; skin thickness typically 1.5 mm with peelable protective film on white face.
• Skin — anti-slip polyester variant: one smooth white face and one fine-grain anti-slip face; skin thickness 1.5 mm.
• Skin — FRT anti-slip variant: reinforcement 600 g/m² (60% glass / 40% polypropylene), reinforcement thickness 0.5 mm; one face anti-slip, other smooth.
• Compression strength (reference 20 mm panel): 1.2 MPa.
• Shear strength (reference 20 mm panel): 0.4 MPa.
• Manufacturing origin: Made in France.
• Recyclability: polypropylene core 100% recyclable.
