Description

Product overview
  • The Double Spacer 25/2 is an independent double stacker with a pit that enables parking up to four cars within the footprint of two, while keeping each platform operation independent.
  • Self-standing design eliminates the need for anchoring to the building and prevents transmission of vibrations to the structure.
  • Pit is required so vehicles on the lower platform can be removed without moving vehicles on the upper platform.


Key features
  • Platform finish: hot-dip galvanization on top and underside to ensure continuous, drip-free surfaces.
  • Rising piston integrated inside the column for compactness and enhanced protection.
  • Motor group and hydraulic tank mounted in a tray suspended under the upper platform to minimize floor encumbrance and simplify installation.
  • Tank includes an emergency hand pump to unlock the mechanical stopper and lower the platform if needed.
  • Allows asymmetrical vehicle positioning and functions correctly with unbalanced loads.


Safety, mechanics and maintenance
  • Mechanical locking: stopper on the torsion bar provides incremental locking positions every 3 cm (one-tooth pitch of the ring-tooth nut).
  • Torsion bar system: torsion bar linked to columns by toothed ring nuts stabilizes top-load balance; bearings at bar ends ensure quiet, durable rotation.
  • Scrolling pads: Teflon pads preloaded with molybdenum sulphide reduce friction and wear inside the columns.
  • Platform slats: fully hot-dip galvanized slats form a smooth, walkable surface and prevent liquid dripping from the upper to the lower platform.
  • Control station: simple button box with safety/emergency key for authorized operation and maintenance access.
