OverviewSpacer 25/2 is an independent double parking stacker designed for installation with a pit, enabling removal of the lower platform vehicle without moving the upper platform. It is engineered for industrial use with ergonomic access provisions for users with reduced mobility.
Main functional and safety features- Requires a pit: bottom platform access without moving the upper platform.
- Torsion bar integrated in the first platform frame to stabilise platform load regardless of vehicle orientation.
- Hydraulically operated mechanical block at the top of the column to secure the platform at all times.
- Torsion bar fitted with four pinion gears (two at each end): outer pinions slide the bar on the rack; internal pinions are part of the standard locking mechanism for safety.
- Steel safety gear electrically interlocked on the internal toothed pinion to lock the platform mechanically in case of sudden release.
- All wiring protected by a PVC catenary to prevent crushing of cables during machine movement.
- Electric motor, hydraulic pump, oil tank and standard hand pump pre-installed on the machine — no separate motor room required.
