Progressively strengthen your arms and shoulders The Accessible Front Press is a variation on our Front Press machine specially designed for wheelchair users. Exercising regularly using this machine will help you develop broad, healthy shoulders and strong arm muscles while improving flexibility in your upper body at the same time. Its adjustable loading mechanism helps you progressively gain muscle mass and strength by allowing you to vary the load and intensity of your workouts. All units are ergonomically designed for optimal training results and user safety, and they all meet the EN16630 standard for permanently installed outdoor equipment.
