The Formwood uses simple floor mounts and square rails to keep warm garments close by with the ability to be mounted anywhere in the bathroom. This towel warmer is designed to make use of its craftsmanship and innovative warming technique. Separate finishes can be applied to the rail and legs if desired. The Formwood is a small electric towel rail that is hand crafted in England by skilled craftsmen using 1 ¼” (32mm) brass tube and simple floor mounts. As well as this, the Formwood has become an iconic electric towel rail for bathrooms due to its innovative manufacturing process. In the electric towel heater configuration the Formwood uses Opus’s dry electric trace heating cable. Using this cable allows the Formwood rails to be grub screwed into place; this unique manufacturing method means this electric towel rail for bathrooms can have the joints and tubes finished separately, allowing the beautifully detailed rails to be chrome electroplated, while the legs could be Gold plated. The electric towel heater is manufactured by hand, using 1 ¼” brass tube which is pre-polished to remove all surface markings, the detailed joint castings are stamped casted to achieve its beautiful curvaceous corners.
