Creating elements quickly and transmitting them directly to a profile processing centre? With LogiKal® CNC we have the perfect solution for you. You can use LogiKal® to control nearly any profile processing centre. This includes machines from BJM, Elumatec, Emmegi, Fischer (FMB), FOM, Handtmann, Mecal, Schüco (Emmegi, BJM) and Tekna. Any NC-X-controlled processing centre can also be used, such as Nikom or Maka. LogiKal® detects the individual collision curves and tools of the machine. If the machine allows tool input through the interface, the LogiKal® will also provide you with a complete list of tools and orientations. You can use LogiKal® to prepare collision-free processing files. LogiKal® checks all tools for collisions with work pieces even taking the shaft and toolholder into consideration. And if a profile cannot be completely processed in a single clamp orientation? Then LogiKal® can break the process down into different clamp orientations for you.
