This allows you to switch, with a single movement, from direct to indirect heat when barbecuing. This means that up to 100% of the grill surface can also be used indirectly. The folding chrome barbecue grid can be topped up with charcoal easily and safely, without any fall in temperature. The stainless steel charcoal basket allows rapid lighting with minimal loss of charcoal/briquettes during barbecuing. The heat is controlled using the ventilation system with handles to guarantee optimum regulation of heat and air. The integrated lid hinge offers optimum comfort and the lower shelf provides space for accessories. The kettle and the juice tray are porcelain enamelled, which allows easy cleaning. The integrated juice tray ensures perfect barbecuing pleasure and tender meat. Simply fill the juice tray with water or the liquid of your choice and flavour with herbs as desired.
