Basic XL is designed to allow excellent cooking, obtainable by separately calibrating two different operating temperatures for the upper and lower parts, with temperatures reaching 455°C. The solid design and the user-friendly control panel allow you to work optimally, enjoying an enduring, reliable and easy to maintain equipment. Basic XL can be accessorised with the oven stand or with the "Proving Chamber" unit. The electric oven is made of stainless steel and prepainted steel and it is equipped with: cooking surface in refractory stones, sheathed heating elements, internal lighting, rock wool insulation. The standard power supply is 400 Volt three-phases + neutral. Special Voltages are available on request.
