Product overview
BORDERTEC BOS perimeter profiles are designed to finish and protect exposed concrete edges on terraces and balconies where tiled surfaces overhang the mortar bed. The profile features a projecting drip edge that protects the DRAINTEC 8 drainage mat placed between the mortar bed and the waterproofing. A movement gap must be left to allow thermal expansion/contraction; this gap is concealed with the appropriate joint profile.

How to install BORDERTEC BOS

• Select the profile height to match tile and mortar bed thickness.
• Position the profile along the perimeter and fix it simultaneously with tile laying.

Materials and finishes available
Stainless Steel 304
BORDERTEC BOS-I in AISI 304 (DIN 1.4301) polished. External corners (BOSE) and joint pieces (BOSG) available.

Aluminum (Powder coated)
BORDERTEC BOS-A: powder‑coated aluminium versions available in multiple colours/finishes. Available heights and example article codes:
