Showertec Linear TRAY-R are pre-slope shower trays with integrated riser designed for tiled wet-room installations. Compatible with Showertec Linear drainage channels (STL BS, STL BV, STL BC) when assembled with the specified riser. Available in SMALL (91×112 cm) and LARGE (132×112 cm) versions and combinable with extensions (91×56 cm and 132×56 cm).

Versions / Compatibility

• SMALL — STL-TRAY 91/112R (91×112 cm).
• LARGE — STL-TRAY 132/112R (132×112 cm).
• Compatible with Showertec Linear STI channels: STL BS, STL BV, STL BC when used with the appropriate riser (riser height range 68–90 mm).

Materials & construction

• SMALL: pre-sloped waterproof XPS core covered with fiber-reinforced concrete for tiled finishes.
• LARGE: channel base in AISI 316 stainless steel, waterproof Foiltec pre-glued polyethylene membrane and EPS support blocks.
• Honeycomb surface finish and internal reinforcement grid to ensure strong bonding with cement adhesive and tile.

Accessories (extension)

• Showertec Linear STL-EXT R: pre-sloped, waterproof extension (EXT-R) made of XPS with fiber-reinforced concrete cover. Extends the tray by 56 cm and, when assembled with the special riser, raises overall height while maintaining a continuous 2% slope.
• Extension combined with riser increases total height (example site values: from approx. 37/48 mm up to 90/101 mm depending on configuration).

Installation & integration
Designed for integration under tiled finishes with linear drainage. Maintain tile build-up above the tray and ensure mechanical fixation and cement adhesive coverage as indicated in the technical manual. Riser and extension combinations preserve the pre-slope for continuous drainage performance.
