The difference is that, for the processing of clay, we use approx. 30% vol. of sawdust. This is fired and poured into the bricks' air voids, thus obtaining a light and highly porous brick. The light bricks with sawdust aren't frost-proof and may only be used for indoor structures with subsequent surface treatment.
