Quality –A system of decorative acrylic paints, comprising a tinted undercoat and a final coat of translucent tinted water-based glaze, the Velatura. This creates a cloudy transparent effect, a « veil » which reproduces the effects of time. Type of surface – The undercoat may be applied to all supports which are stable, dry, clean and correctly prepared. Refer to the user advice for our Matte paints. Types of rooms – All living spaces. Avoid excess humidity and projections of greasy material. May be protected with wax or a matte varnish. Surface appearance – Matte, with the superposition of translucent tinted coats. Tools ­- Undercoat - 12 mm roller, smooth down while fresh with a 15mm spalter brush. Velatura Finish – Apply with a special Velatura small roller (rabbit’s foot.) Smooth down in unconnected areas.
