Overview
Both powerful and durable, the BL 3 and BL 5 kitchen blenders use X-Flow technology to deliver very fine results quickly for both small and large batches. They produce a wide range of liquid preparations for professional kitchens including veloutés, soups, sauces, coulis, purées, pancake and cake batters.

Watertight lid

• 5 L stainless steel bowl — 2 handles with soft-touch finish. Easy to manoeuvre even when full.
• Stainless steel 4-blade assembly — removable with the supplied tool and suitable for hand cleaning.
• Bowl and lid — all other parts in contact with food are removable and dishwasher-safe.
