Manufacturing and composition
Units are formed from a drop of glass pressed at 1050°C. Simple hollow units are annealed at 560°C to relieve internal stresses. Double‑walled units are welded at 800°C, trapping rarefied air between two glass shells for improved thermal performance. Material: glass. Shapes available: square and round; wall types: simple hollow and double‑walled (insulated).

Applications & design

• Horizontal transparent or translucent surfaces to transfer light between levels (streets, courtyards, basements, mezzanines).
• Architectural patterns: linear runs, vaulted/helix or diamond arrangements, luminous islands in lower levels.
• Finish options: transparent, striated, ribbed, martele, smooth — available in single or double‑walled versions to meet design and performance needs.
