Description
The Trapezoidal Firestops are part of the ROCKWOOL® Linear and Trapezoidal Firestop system which is a linear firestop solution for use within compartment junctions.
The Linear and Trapezoidal Firestop system consists of a range of strips and pre-shaped blocks of ROCKWOOL high-density stone wool insulation. It is used as a linear firestop seal at junctions between the top of compartment walls, and the underside of roof and floor constructions.
The Trapezoidal Firestop can be manufactured to suit a wide range of steel profile dimensions. All FireStop products are supplied in standard lengths of 1m.
Once installed, Linear and Trapezoidal FireStop materials will need no maintenance unless
disturbed.
For areas such as clean rooms, FireStop Systems are available totally enclosed in shrink wrap.
