You name your ideas, wishes and requirements and SÄBU plans your individual modular building. Contrary to the standardised types of buildings SÄBU draws up the plant layout and manufactures the high-quality modules individually in form, height and width according to the layout at the factory.
For the planning and construction of this project we especially focussed on a sustainable overall concept.
The renouncement of composite material, the use of a 50-KVP unit, the installation of a rainwater cistern as well as three geothermal drillings up to 140 m depth on a property of 10.000 m² saw to the construction of a resource saving building.
