The Pliss freestanding cabinet is an innovative and stylish take on a traditionally functional furniture item. Composed of a horizontally organised series of deep drawers set in a natural stone casing, it sits aloft slender metal legs that contrast its heroic materiality. Named for the pleated — or Plissé — finish of the front panels, Pliss artfully conceals its various moving parts camouflage within the design, creating a monolithic, sculptural effect.
