Designers Glenn Pushelberg and George Yabu describe their Anima collection as the result of applying “the sensibilities of clay to marble”. A translation of the Italian word for “soul”, it does indeed strip stone down to its true essence, emphasising its sensuousness and spiritual qualities. Gentle, sinuous curves define each piece, from the monumental bathtub to the range of accessories that includes trinket boxes, pots, a tissue box, soap dish, a valet tray and small dishes. The common thread is the gentle form that expresses itself loosely, rather than be constrained by sharp, defined lines and shapes. Available in Bianco Carrara, Crema d’Orcia, Gris du Marais®, Pietra d’Avola and Silk Georgette®.
