ROXIDAN is a decorative finish that recalls the oxidized appearance of metal surfaces exposed to atmospheric agents. It is applied with a trowel on both new and old plasters, concrete, plaster and gypsumboard substrates, existing coatings and wood surfaces, including chipboard and plywood. ROXIDAN is available in the versions PERLA and PLATINUM. ROXIDAN PERLA creates the live and material effect of oxidized iron, known as the "corten" effect, while ROXIDAN PLATINUM creates light-grey patinas that recall the appearance of non-ferrous metals.ROXIDAN is available in palette colors that reproduce oxidized effects.When the work is finished, use water to dilute the product and clean the tools. ROXIDAN is made with attention to environmental sustainability. Use according to current health and safety regulations (face-mask and airing). For optimal results, we recommend applying ROXIDAN on surfaces treated with the FORMA primer filler, which allows you to create striking color and tactile textures.If the support is irregular, treat holes and hollows with TAMSTUCCO PASTA. Fix any fillings or crumbling walls with ATOMO, then apply finishing. To deal with wall mildew, before painting, clean the surfaces with COMBAT 222.
