The hinged fire door is certified according to the UNI EN 1634-1:2009 standard and is available in the EI 30-EI1 30 or EI 60-EI1 60 version. The firewall wire hinging system is perfectly coplanar with the wall, free of jambs or wire cover frames. The door integrates with the surrounding environment thanks to the door panel that can be painted the same colour as the wall and finished differently on both sides. The frame can be installed both on plaster or plasterboard walls. It is available in the push version with left or right openings. Technical details The door panel has a thickness of 60 mm. It consists of a wooden frame and insulating material, coated with 3 mm MDF. The panel is prepared for the insertion of a handle, seal and hinges. It is available with a bottomed finish. It can be installed on masonry or plasterboard walls that are 125 mm thick and above. Accessories The window mounts three concealed hinges adjustable on three silver painted axes. The seals are made of PVC and black or white thermo-expanders. The under-door seal is optional. There are passive and active beakheads. The door closer is Dorma recessed. Safety lock E70 F22, Opera SL E70 F22 (without burglary), Opera DQ E70 F22 are available for this type of frame. The handle is not supplied.
