Overview
Ventilated skylights VENTILIGHT® are openable skylight units integrating natural daylighting with ventilation and smoke/heat exhaust (SHEVS) functionality. Designed for commercial and industrial roofs, they provide controlled natural light, routine fresh-air ventilation and rapid smoke and hot-air extraction in case of fire.

How it works
Ventilights are roof-mounted skylights/hatches that open to release smoke and hot air. Smoke detectors feed a controller which triggers automatic opening of the VENTILIGHT® units for exhaust. Units can also be operated manually via a local vent switch. For installations with multiple vents, an optional centralized controller coordinates sequential or synchronous operation.
