Stone water repellent treatment SL-99

SL-99 SummitSeal is an extremely effective water-repellant (hydrophobic) and oil-repellant (oleophobic) penetrating sealant for all types of unglazed ceramic tile, natural stone and cementitous grouts. It is water based and contains no organic solvent. It leaves little or no film residue and therefore leaves the stone, clay or masonry surface very natural in appearance. For all practical purposes this product is invisible. This product is ideally suited for long term protection from water borne stains, greasy food stains, paint drips, cosmetics and a wide range of graffiti. It will dramatically reduce the maintenance required to maintain exterior tile, mortar and natural stone surfaces subject to mineral deposition caused by exposure to hard water spray. Also useful to dramatically reduce efflorescence issues with retainer walls, walls, ceilings and floors. Commercial flooring and kitchens: Terra cotta, quarry tile, slate, sandstone, porcelain pavers, marble, limestone, terrazzo tile, slab, Mexican saltillo, cantera stone, brick, granite counters and floors. Suitable for interior/exterior where water does not make long term puddles. Not for use in sealing tanks such as swimming pool basins. ALWAYS TEST A SMALL AREA BEFORE GENERAL APPLICATION.
