Description

Short description
Decentralised compact air handling unit for ceiling installation, designed for classrooms, offices and meeting rooms. Available in three sizes with air flow up to 1000 m3/h, featuring counterflow heat recovery and optional enthalpy core.

Efficient casing with dual insulation
The compact monobloc casing incorporates a dual-layer insulation system for thermal and acoustic performance. Outer panels: 20 mm mineral wool sandwich (λ = 0.042 W/mK). Inner layer: 30 mm melamine foam (λ = 0.034 W/mK). Back-draught shutters at outdoor and exhaust connections prevent unwanted airflow. Maintenance access via a gas-strut-supported service door.

Quiet and efficient EC fans
Backward-curved centrifugal fans with EC motors provide high efficiency and low noise. Fans are statically and dynamically balanced, fitted with maintenance-free ball bearings and thermal motor protection. Integrated pressure monitoring at fan inlets enables precise airflow control.

Modular heating and cooling options
Pre- and post-heating, plus cooling, are available in electric or water-based variants. Electric heaters use SSR switching and safety thermostats with manual reset. Water coils feature copper tubes and pressed aluminium fins, rated to 100 °C and 1.6 MPa, with integrated freeze protection. Cooling versions include a condensate tray with drainage; optional condensate pump available.

Counterflow heat recovery
Removable aluminium or enthalpy counterflow plate heat exchanger, EUROVENT-certified, with an integrated bypass damper driven by a modulating servo for accurate airflow control. Condensate is managed via an exhaust-side tray and dedicated drainage; optional pump for condensate removal.

Filters & air quality
Supply filter class: ePM1 60%. Extract filter class: Coarse 60%. Filter differential pressure is monitored by transmitters; filters are accessed and replaced via bottom service doors.

Control system
Fully integrated control with 3.5" touchscreen supporting manual, CAV and DCV (demand-controlled ventilation) modes. Offers intuitive operation, automated energy-saving sequences and precise temperature regulation.

Design & application
Designed for under-ceiling air discharge using the Coanda effect to ensure even fresh air distribution. Suited for decentralised ventilation in classrooms, offices and conference rooms; suitable for new and existing buildings.

Operating conditions
Operation in ambient temperatures from +5 °C to +40 °C. When installed in ducting the unit is IP20. Intended for standard atmospheric air free of dust, grease and corrosive contaminants.
