Overview
The Sense RT is a compact roof-mounted heat recovery unit engineered for outdoor installation on building roofs. It supplies fresh air directly into classrooms and similar indoor spaces, combining silent operation, integrated smart controls and easy maintenance access.

Fresh air delivery
The Sense RT delivers outdoor air directly from the roof into indoor zones such as classrooms, enabling effective ventilation without reducing usable interior area. The unit is designed for quiet operation and straightforward filter/service access.

Control System
The integrated control system offers intuitive operation via a 3.5" touchscreen and advanced operating modes. Full control over airflow, temperature and system behaviour enables responsive, energy-efficient climate management.

Air filtration and heat recovery
Supply and extract filtration are provided with clogging detection monitored by pressure transmitters. The removable counterflow exchanger is available in aluminium or enthalpy versions, EUROVENT-certified, and includes an integrated bypass damper with fluent control. Condensate trays are fitted on both exhaust and supply sides.
